Registration Information

Old Meadows Farm, LLC

To register for camp or to find out about volunteering for the Horse Therapy Program at Camp Holiday Trails, please send us an email and we’ll reply with a copy of the registration form. You’ll need to print a copy of the form, fill it out, and then mail it along with the deposit.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each session and must be submitted with the registration form. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and enrollment is subject to availability. Phone reservations do not hold your child’s place at camp. Deposits are not transferable from session to session. 

Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, a confirmation email will be sent.  Information packets will be sent in mid-May to all those enrolled. Please be prepared to provide a signed waiver (both parent signatures required) and to complete additional information forms. Full payment and completed paperwork must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of your child’s session.

Questions?  You can reach us by email at wicks@oldmeadowsfarm.com  For convenience, e-mail communication is the easiest way to contact us since we are often outside until late in the evening and are usually not near the phone. We do check email regularly, but often at odd hours (very early and very late in the day). If you prefer leaving a phone message, our number is 295-8859. We try to return email and phone messages within 24 hours, but our weekday workload occasionally interferes with those plans.  If you don’t hear from us, there might have been a glitch in the system (country life, and our wireless, can be unpredictable), so please try again.
